To determine the recipient of this award the Public Affairs Committee evaluated voting records, actions and initiatives in comparison to the Chamber’s legislative priorities, mission and strategic plan. The nominee is then vetted and proposed by the Public Affairs committee to the Executive Board of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce.
The award presentation will be made by the current Public Affairs Chair, Terry Vaughn with Walgreens and current Chamber Board Chair, Corinn Price with Insperity at the annual Elected Officials Reception presented by Generation Park.
