Responsibilities

    • Face to face client interaction
    • Evaluate loan applications and documentation
    • Schedule appointments
    • Establish customer relationship and follow up with clients daily
    • Ability to make cold calls
    • Manage communication including emails and phone calls with clients and referral partners
    • Assist in gathering loan material for assigned loans files

Qualifications

    • Passionate about customer service
    • Professional written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and Multi-Task
    • Computer Skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Friendly Outgoing Personality
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Must be able to write and speak clearly
    • Strong phone sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to multitask with excellent follow-up skills
    • Ability set expectations upfront to the client and keep them motivated through the process
    • Must adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
    • Ambitious professional who is motivated by the opportunity for advancement.
