YEP Program to host professional development event on February 27

HUMBLE, TX—The Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals program presented by Insperity will host an event to help area young professionals take their LinkedIn profile to the next level at the “Link In to LinkedIn” event on Wednesday, February 27 at 8:30 a.m. at the Atascocita JLA Realty Office, located at 18700 W Lake Houston Pkwy.
 
With more than 460 million members, LinkedIn is one of the easiest ways for young entrepreneurs and professionals to market themselves and make a great first impression. Many want to use this valuable tool to build their business, bur don’t know where to begin.
 
Chris Johnsen of Johnsen Law and Brittney Mittag of K&S Sportswear will be sharing their expertise on how to create a top-notch profile, engage with other users, maximize your client base and more. 
 
Registrations can be completed online at LakeHouston.org or by calling the Chamber at 281-446-2128. YEP members receive free entry to this event. There is a $15 for non-members.

Attendees will also have the option to take a professional headshot by Tiffany Harston Photography at the event. The cost is $50. Timeslots may be booked in advance, or walk-in appointments will be available.
