About Us

Mark Wimberly is a 35 year resident of Kingwood. His company, Houston Commercial Development (HCD), has acquired and sold numerous commercial properties over the last 26 years. In particular, HCD specializes in the acquisition phase of the real estate process, advising & directing companies and individuals throughout the site selection process. Of note, HCD has represented the Humble Independent School District for more than 20+ years, assisting in the acquisition and positioning of numerous campus facilities for new schools and administrative facilities. Those facilities include the: the Kingwood Courtyard by Marriott, the development of Deerbrook Crossing Business Park , the Humble Home Depot, the Lake Houston Professional Plaza, etc.

In addition to the the foregoing, our company has acquired or sold numerous properties, both developed and undeveloped . Now, with the continued growth of the greater Houston market, we are looking to do projects in the surrounding markets such as: Sugarland, Pearland, West Houston and Montgomery County.
