Allie Smart Joins Partnership Lake Houston as Program Coordinator       
 
HUMBLE, TX —Partnership Lake Houston recently hired Allie Smart as their new part-time program coordinator.
 
Smart’s new role will include coordinating community and membership programs such as BizComs, Leadership Lake Houston Alumni and the Young Entrepreneur & Professionals Program.
 
Smart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Mass Communications from Texas State University in San Marcos. Prior to joining the team, Smart gained an appreciation for the area from working with Lake Houston area representatives, City of Houston Council Member Dave Martin and Council Member Mike Sullivan.
 
While working for the two City of Houston council members, Smart volunteered on various Partnership committees. She also graduated from the Leadership Lake Houston Program in 2013.
 
Partnership CEO Jenna Armstrong said she looks forward to the experience and enthusiasm Smart brings to the position.
 
“Allie is a familiar face for many businesses and leaders in the Lake Houston Area,” Armstrong said. “Her familiarity with our community and our Partnership’s plan of work is a huge asset as we work to reignite several programs whose plans were put on hold during the pandemic last year.
