Top 4 Under 40 Honorees to Be Recognized at Leadership Awards Luncheon on July 20
 
HUMBLE, TX –Partnership to honor Lake Houston Area’s best and brightest executives, business owners and advocates at July 20 Leadership Awards Luncheon.
 
This year’s Top 4 Under 40 recipients will be honored and recognized in conjunction with the Leadership Lake Houston Outstanding Alumni and the 2020 Top 4 Under 40 at the Leadership Awards Luncheon. The Leadership Awards luncheon presented by Team Petree, JLA Realty will be at 11:30 am on Tuesday, July 20 at the Clubs of Kingwood. The four honorees will also be featured on the cover of Summer 2021 Lake Houston Business Matters, the Partnership’s magazine.
 
To be considered for these awards, individuals are nominated by peers and coworkers who recognize the outstanding impact each young professional has had on our community. Partnership Lake Houston proudly presents the Leadership Award winners:
 
The 2021 Top 4 Under 40 honorees include Asdrubal “Dru” Gutierrez, Director and Field Service Manager, MUD 152 and North Houston District; Adam McAlpine, Owner/Broker, McAlpine Investments; Mike Miller, Vice President — Houston, Ashlar Development and Daniela Sumbera, Principal Owner, The Sumbera Team Keller Williams Realty Northeast.
 
The 2021 Dr. Guy Sconzo Leadership Lake Houston Distinguished Alumni Award will go to Terry Vaughn, District Manager of Pharmacy and Retail, Walgreens.
 
The 2020 Top 4 Under 40 honorees include John Corbeil, Chief Executive Officer, HCA Houston Healthcare – Kingwood; Tracie Mieth, Owner, Planet Beach Kingwood; Christopher Butsch, District Executive Director, Lake Houston Family YMCA and Jennifer Carney, Owner, Carney’s Tutoring.
 
The guest speaker for the Leadership Awards Luncheon is Kent Hutchinson, Training & Competency Specialist, Cameron LNG. Hutchinson facilitates leadership and team retreats for organizations and businesses globally. From the small Southeast Texas community of Orangefield, this fifth-generation Texan is involved as a community and business influencer. He is a frequent advisor to business owners, chambers of commerce, and managers of various organizations.
